Dictate, Transcribe, Proofread, and Outline — Just by Speaking
Dictating Access is a Windows desktop tool built for voice-first writing and review. It lets you dictate with your microphone, transcribe desktop audio, hear your text back clearly, proofread punctuation and symbols by ear, and collect ideas into an outline without breaking your workflow.
This first-page concept is based on the current verified features in the app and uses Speaking Access as the layout and tone reference. The goal is to keep the site calm, readable, accessibility-first, and practical.

Audio Proofreading That Says What Matters
Ordinary readback can tell you what words are there. Dictating Access is designed to help tell you how the text is written.
In proofreading mode, Dictating Access can speak punctuation and symbols by name, call out uppercase words, announce numerals, announce new lines, and help reveal spacing issues that are easy to miss with normal readback.
For users who depend on audio, this can make the difference between hearing a sentence and actually checking it.
Outline While You Work
Dictating Access does not only collect dictated text. It also provides a simple outline area for gathering selected lines, sections, or ideas as you go.
Users can copy selected text into the outline, keep building it line by line, read it back aloud, proofread it aloud, and post the finished outline into another application.
